SheHaulsAway provides labor-only moving services, including but not limited to:
- Loading and unloading moving trucks
- Packing assistance
- Furniture moving within homes or buildings
- Moving labor for PODs, storage units, and rental trucks
SheHaulsAway does not provide moving trucks unless explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for securing transportation when required.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes provided through the website or phone are estimates based on information provided by the customer.
Actual pricing may vary depending on:
- Job scope changes
- Additional items
- Stairs or difficult access
- Distance between loading and unloading points
- Time required to complete the job
Final pricing will be determined at the time of service.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate job details
- Ensure safe access to property
- Secure parking and elevator access if needed
- Ensure items are packed appropriately if packing services were not requested
SheHaulsAway reserves the right to refuse unsafe or hazardous work.
4. Limitation of Liability
SheHaulsAway provides labor services with reasonable care.
However, we are not responsible for damages caused by:
- Improperly packed items
- Structural issues within buildings
- Items already damaged before service
- Improper equipment provided by customers (such as rental trucks or straps)
Liability may be limited to the cost of the service provided.
5. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for illegal activities
- Attempt to access restricted systems
- Copy or distribute site content without permission
6. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service for:
- Unsafe conditions
- Harassment or abusive behavior
